Alex is a multi-genre writer who has spent the last six years apprenticing into the world of fine-dining bread baking and pastry cooking. Their goal with this blog is to give you the basic skills you didn’t know you wanted, help you make easy breads and elevate your sweet tooth recipes in simple and creative ways.
